Lateral Recruitment
In lateral recruitment ,we hire experts for the specific skill set or job role. The candidate must have adequate competencies and industry experience to satisfy the applied position. In lateral hiring , the candidate needs to go through the following process:
1. Machine Test
In machine test candidates can execute the program by using any language for which they have applied.
2. Technical Interview
For those who clear the machine test, our technical team will conduct a technical interview.
3. HR Interview
At the last we conduct an HR round to judge whether the candidate is right fit for the applied position or not.
